My Pension website downtime – planned maintenance
My Pension, the secure member website where you can view your pension details, will be unavailable from 8:00am (UK time) Saturday 21st February 2026 to 5:00pm (UK time) Sunday 22nd February 2026. Please note that Sunday is reserved as a contingency day and will only be used only if additional maintenance time is needed.
During this time, the Scheme administrator will carry out essential maintenance on the site to ensure it remains fully secure. Once this work has been completed, My Pension will be available to you as normal from Monday 23rd February 2026.
